PESTICIDE STORAGE
Pesticides are regulated as hazardous waste when disposed. Improper pesticide storage and disposal can be hazardous to human health and the environment. Keep all pesticides in a locked cabinet in a well-ventilated utility area or garden shed.
Pesticide Cabinet provides safe, secure and controlled storage for pesticide products. Farms, nurseries, parks and recreation facilities can safely store pesticide chemicals and equipment. Helps restrict the handling of pesticides to those who have been appropriately trained and authorized per EPA/WPS. Choose the model to segregate and securely store up to 120 gallons of product.
All cabinets are FM approved and comply with current OSHA regulations and are designed in accordance with the standards of NFPA.
Biohazardous Waste Storage cabinets
Biohazard waste is short for biohazardous waste and is also known as biomedical waste. Biohazard waste is any biological waste that is potentially infectious. Biohazardous waste is any waste saturated with liquid or semi-liquid blood or other potentially infectious materials (OPIM). Often, biohazardous waste is used interchangeably with such terms as regulated medical waste, biomedical waste, clinical waste, infectious waste and may vary in local or state regulations. We offer biohazard waste storage cabinets & buildings and design/build solutions to help you achieve compliance with complex safety and environmental regulations for biomedical waste storage. Biomedical waste shall be segregated from other wastes.
Biomedical waste shall be stored in a manner that preserves the integrity of the container and is not conducive to rapid microbial growth and/or putrefaction. Pathological waste, cultures, and discarded animal carcasses and body parts stored for more than 24 hours after packaging shall be refrigerated at a temperature of 45° F or below in a refrigerator or refrigerated space used only for biomedical waste.
